Skills: At least 8 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud platform with deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, Time & Labor. 5+ years of production support experiences (inclusive good understanding ITIL process). Strong technical knowledge with HCM Extract, BI Reports, OTBI, HDL (HCM Data Loader), Spreadsheet loader,  Fast Formulas. Strong functional knowledge in setting up Journeys, personalization , lookups, values sets, work structures, area of responsibility , data roles and security.
