Skills: As experienced Application Support technician you will be supporting an On-Premise Linux server Chat and Email client serving large Customer Service Center across the globe, you will be in constant touch with the Team Leads and Country Admins of the Customer Service teams, guide them on application functionality and Reporting features, You will be maintaining a large server pool and constantly creating writing complex SQL queries on our Oracle database to troubleshoot user issues.
